Today I am tired but I do feel quite accomplished! I have achieved nearly all I set out to do today, apart from make it to my gym class (but I made up for this with a strength workout at home, maybe not quite as good, but better than nothing) and getting an early bed!
I have managed to get through a bit of work for school today and have prepped loads of meals for the week ahead, so I should be healthy and sorted until at least Thursday, which takes a bit of pressure off! The pic is of a chicken and chorizo casserole that I am currently slow cooking – this is an adventure in itself to be honest as I am terrified of leaving it on!!
It is a recipe my mum gave me so I am hoping it turns out as tasty as hers!
